The brochure Why the Light is slower in Media? 2nd Edition
contains at the beginning also Albert Einstein’s Hypothetical Question additionally, that later in another brochure in English and German came out and is described separately. However, the real content of the little book is:
The reaction of light, which will caused by passing the different transparent optical media.
Much was written about it already. Certain. In this analysis, however, I will not be satisfied, only to arrange the facts well; and all of it to list; but I search after the cause, why the light will transported in all optical media more slowly than in the vacuum . The found answer is not only crucial for the reaction from light itself; but also for phenomenons that stands seemingly in not some context to this question. Without answer to this question would be completely impossible, particles also only theoretical, to generate from radiation.
